Our Story
Founded by Rebecca Antonio and Carissa Chaba, FORM face&body grew from a shared passion for creating safe, restorative spaces where women can come home to themselves.
We are facial massage specialists who believe release is the path—not only to improved appearance, but to a better way of living in your body. Friends first, we built FORM as a space by women, for women. A place where luxury meets authenticity, where every treatment is designed with care and intention.

The FORM Method
We are the founders and teachers of The FORM Method—our signature approach to sculpting the face and releasing tension. At its core is buccal massage and jaw release, paired with techniques that drain lymph, soften fascia, and retrain how the face holds itself.
The work blends manual, somatic, and energetic techniques—bridging the science of aging with the body’s deeper intelligence. By freeing tension and moving what has been held, the body’s systems begin to function optimally. Lymph flows, circulation improves, and fascia loosens—changes that show in the face as definition, lift, and ease.
