Cancellation Policy

We honour the time, energy, and intention that goes into each appointment— both yours and ours. In order to offer the highest level of care and service, we ask that you kindly note our cancellation policy:

  • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a $50 fee

  • No-shows will incur a $70 fee

We understand that life happens. If you need to adjust your appointment we appreciate as much notice as possible.
